1. Digital Product Nature
All Onigiri.ph loyalty program offerings, including digital loyalty cards and integrated email automation services, are classified as digital products. These are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- General Rule: All sales of Onigiri.ph loyalty program digital products and mail.onigiri.ph services are considered final. No returns or refunds will be issued once access to the digital product or service has been granted.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product or service was not delivered as described.
- There is a technical issue that prevents access or use, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe after contacting support.
- The purchase was made in error and reported within 48 hours, provided the digital product or service has not been accessed or used.

- If the request meets the eligibility criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with features that are accurately described in the product documentation
- Inability to use the product due to incompatibility with unsupported third-party platforms or devices
- Any use or access of the digital product or service prior to the refund request, except in cases of technical failure or misrepresentation.
